Participation Statement

I hereby represent and warrant that I am at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in my jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher and that I possess full civil capacity and legal authority to submit my voluntary application for 2026 Roborock x Real Madrid Clinic. I acknowledge that I understand and agree to this statement voluntarily and without duress.
  1. Representations and Warranties Regarding Information Accuracy
I hereby represent and warrant that all information provided by me in connection with my application and participation in the Event (including but not limited to my personal details, age, medical history, physical condition, emergency contact information, and travel documents) is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date. I acknowledge that Roborock rely on the accuracy of this information for safety assessments, insurance coverage, and emergency response.
  1. Consequences of Inaccurate Information
I expressly agree that I shall bear sole and exclusive responsibility for any and all adverse consequences, including but not limited to personal injury, loss, damage, denial of insurance coverage, or other detrimental outcomes, arising directly or indirectly from any false, misleading, incomplete, or outdated information provided by me. Accordingly, Roborock (HK) Limited and its Affiliates (meaning, with respect to Roborock (HK) Limited, any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Roborock (HK) Limited; collectively referred to as "Roborock") shall be fully relieved of any liability related to such inaccuracies. Furthermore, Roborock reserves the right to immediately disqualify me from the Event or terminate my participation without any compensation if any misrepresentation is discovered, and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roborock, its staff, officers, agents, employeees, representatives, successors, subcontractors ("Released Parties") against any claims, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of my failure to provide accurate information.
  1. Assumption of Risk and Waiver
I hereby acknowledge that I am physically fit and mentally capable of participating in soccer camp activities. I acknowledge that playing or practicing soccer is a potentially hazardous activity. I agree that I am voluntarily entering and assuming all risks associated with participating in those activities, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather (including heat and humidity), and the conditions off the training grounds and facilities, with all risks being understood and appreciated by the undersigned.
I knowingly and freely assume all risks associated with participation in the Event, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, including but not limited to injuries resulting from my own negligence, the negligence of others, or defective equipment. I expressly acknowledge that this release extends to all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, suspected or unsuspected, that I may have against Released Parties arising out of or related to the Event. I specifically intend for this waiver to apply to any and all risks and injuries, even those that may not be currently apparent or known to me at the time of proving my agreement.
I understand that according to applicable law, waivers of liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct may not be enforceable. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby waive any right to claim damages for ordinary negligence, inherent risks, or unknown conditions associated with the Event.
  1. Certification of Participant's Health
I certify that I do not have any condition or disability that would create a hazard for me participating in this event. I will notify Roborock immediately upon becoming aware of any physical or mental illness, disability, or any other condition that may require medical attention or special accommodation during the Event.
  1. Waiver for Communicable Diseases Including COVID-19
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the Event related activities, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:
The risk of injury and/or illness from the activities involved in the progignificant, including the possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including but not limited to MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19, which could result in permanent paralysis or death. While particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may/ reduce the risk, the risk of serious injury does exist.
The risk of having contact with individuals who have been exposed to or diagnosed with one or more communicable diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19, cannot be eliminated. It is impossible to eliminate the risk that I could be exposed to and/or become infected through contact with an individual with a communicable disease.
I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the active or passive negligence of the releases or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation.
I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary termsand conditions for participation. If I observe any unusual significant hazard during my participation, I will immediately remove from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official.
I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless the Released Parties, with respect to any and all injury, illness, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of the releasees or otherwise.
  1. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) my participation in the Event and my conduct; (b) my breach of this Statement，venue rules, or applicable law; or (c) my negligent or intentional acts or omissions that cause injury to any third party or damage to property.
  1. Medical Authorization and Cost Responsibility
I hereby authorize the Released Parties to secure any necessary medical treatment, including hospitalization, anesthesia, surgery, or injections, for me in the event of an injury or illness during the Event. I understand that the Released Parties are not medical professionals and make no warranty regarding the quality of care provided. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for all costs associated with any medical treatment, transportation, or repatriation required. While Roborock may provide insurance as described below, any deductibles, exclusions, or costs exceeding policy limits shall be my sole financial responsibility.
  1. Insurance Coverage Notice
Roborock or its designated subcontractors shall procure overseas travel accident insurance covering participants who have been formally selected and confirmed for participation in the Event. This coverage applies strictly to the duration of the Event (from May 17, 2026 to May 20, 2026) in Tokyo, Japan. This insurance is provided as a courtesy benefit and is subject to the specific terms, conditions, exclusions, and limits of the policy issued by the insurer. Upon formal confirmation of recruitment, Participants will be provided with access to the relevant policy details and documentation.
I acknowledge and agree that:
1) Eligibility: Insurance coverage is contingent upon my official selection and confirmation as a Participant. No insurance coverage is provided during the application or selection process prior to such confirmation.
2) No Limitation on Waiver: The existence of this insurance does not limit my assumption of risk or the waiver of claims outlined in this Agreement.
3) Review Responsibility: I am responsible for reviewing the policy details provided to me upon confirmation prior to the Event to understand the scope of coverage.
4) Claims Process: Any claims must be filed directly with the insurer according to their procedures. Roborock and other Released Parties assume no liability for the processing or outcome of such claims.
5) Coverage Gaps: Roborock and other Released Parties make no representation that this insurance will cover all possible injuries, illnesses, or losses. I retain full responsibility for any gaps in coverage, exclusions, deductibles, or costs exceeding policy limits.
I acknowledge that Roborock and other Released Parties have arranged certain insurance coverage and that I am solely responsible for deciding, at my own discretion and expense, whether to procure any additional insurance.
  1. Data Protection
In order to fulfill our contractual obligations for the purpose of the event, Roborock will collect the personal information provided (including name, email address, phone number, gender, mastery of languages, countries and other information participants provide) will be securely stored in the databases of Roborock and its affiliated entities and authorized partners. This information may be used for administrative purposes related to participation, as well as to select participant, communicate information and announce results. We will delete the personal information of those who were not selected within 30 days after the results are announced. We will only transfer your personal information outside of your jurisdiction with your explicit consent or by implementing appropriate security protection mechanisms in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You may refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
  1. Cancellation
Roborock reserves the absolute and sole right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event at any time, for any reason or no reason at all, with or without prior notice, at its complete discretion. In such an event, Roborock shall have no liability whatsoever for, and will not reimburse or compensate, any other costs, expenses, or losses incurred by the Participant, including but not limited to visa fees, personal equipment purchases, independent travel arrangements, lost wages, or any other direct, indirect, or consequential damages.
  1. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Event, or the breach thereof, shall be settled exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its then effective arbitration rules. The arbitration shall take place in Singapore, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable mandatory law, I expressly waive:
1) Any right to a trial by jury.
2) Any right to bring or participate in any representative, class, collective, consolidated, public-interest, or similar proceeding against Roborock.
3) Any right to seek punitive or consequential damages.
The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction.
  1. Governing Law
This Agreement and any non-arbitrable disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. I will comply with applicable Japanese laws, public order requirements, venue rules, and reasonable safety instructions. Any violation may result in suspension, termination, or refusal of participation.
  1. Acknowledgment
I hereby waive and release Roborock, and any partner, sponsor, employee, owner, and/or agent of such individuals and/or entities for any and all injury or death which I may incur as a result of any act or omission by such individuals and/or entities. By agreeing to this document, I hereby assume, on behalf of myself, and my heirs, executors, administrators, and personal representatives, any and all risk of injury or loss to which myself may be exposed during the Events.I further acknowledge that I have read and fully understood this Participant Statement.
